1. WHY SHOULD I BUY FROM DEKUMDEKUM.IE?

DekumDekum bags are famous for their unique and funky design and exceptional quality. They are designed and made in Poland in limited editions.

You can purchase our products with no hassle, in just a few clicks. Not satisfied? Simply send them back for a replacement. Please review our refund policy for more details.

DekumDekum.ie is an official and exclusive distributor of DekumDekum for the Republic of Ireland. We have a great and trusted relationship with the producer. We are adding new ranges of designs each month.


SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

1. HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO PROCESS?

Once payment has been completed, orders typically takes up to 7 working days to process before shipment.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide, but we do charge shipping costs for international shipping. Shipping within Ireland is free of charge. If not, please contact us at support@dekumdekum.ie and then we will make sure to figure out how we can make an exception for you.

3. HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Due to high demand, the current wait time for Ireland is around 7 to 10 days. International shipping will add a few business days to that. While most packages will arrive on time, there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause delays in shipment.

4. HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by emailing the customer support desk at support@dekumdekum.ie.

5. WHERE WILL ORDERS BE SHIPPED FROM?

Our bags are originally imported from Poland, where our product team are constantly working on creating and manufacturing new designs and ensuring the finest quality. Your order will be shipped from our office in Dublin.

6. WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

Anyone at home can receive the package on your behalf. In the scenario where no one is at home to receive the package, the postman will leave a collection slip and you will have to proceed to the post office to collect your package.


PAYMENT

1. WHAT PAYMENT GATEWAYS ARE YOU SUPPORTED BY?

We are supported by PayPal and Stripe, the securest payment gateways available in the market.

2. IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

DekumDekum.ie proudly adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

3. WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal via our two payments gateways PayPal and Stripe.

4. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ORDER CONFIRMATION DETAILS?

This usually happens due to an incorrect email. Do make sure that your email is indeed correct when you place an order. Do kindly check your spam folder as well to see if your confirmation email was sent there.


POST-SALES

1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only allow order cancellation within 24 hours after you have made payment. We will provide full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours. Please understand that once we have sent out your order to the postal company, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Do drop us an email should you want to proceed with cancellation.

2. CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at our Contact Us page as soon as possible or send us an email at support@dekumdekum.ie and we will do our best to accommodate that change. We will do our best to accommodate your request but do note that we cannot make any promises. Do drop us an email should you require any assistance.

If the order had already been sent out, we will not be able to change the order address.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note to not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us as well. We do recommend emailing our support team for full details.

2. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% money back guarantee refund on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. If your order arrived damaged, please attach photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

Once your item is received, it will be inspected by our Q&C team to ascertain if the item is indeed defective. We will then send you an email to notify you on the status of your refund.
